According to the Canadian Continence Foundation, 3.3 million Canadians suffer from this condition. You are not alone. Incontinence consists of five main conditions, with the two most prevalent being stress and urge incontinence. If you feel you may be experiencing one of the following, the first step is to speak with a medical professional to discuss options, and work with them for a treatment plan that meets your needs. People experience different levels, from light to severe.
When choosing the right products for your needs, the starting point is knowing what level of incontinence you have.
Our Program
We provide a free, no obligation consultation to assess individual needs. This allows us to determine the right product based on absorbency, mobility and lifestyle requirements.
Assessments – Our incontinence specialists are available to work with residents and staff to ensure the right product and size is in use. This begins with the initial introduction to the program and continues as the resident’s condition evolves over time.
Delivery – Our products are delivered to the resident’s room and put away as is appropriate. We remove the outer packaging to ensure there is nothing for the resident or staff to manage.
Replenishment Program – Our predictive ordering system ensures customers never run out of product after the initial order.
Billing – When a customer is set up for the first time we often connect with the responsible party to establish a billing procedure.
