At Dignity Healthcare we provide a complete one to one client relationship. Your free assessment and product recommendation is followed up with delivery right to YOUR doorstep. You don’t even have to think about it – we track when your next order will need to be delivered and contact you. All of this service is provided by caring and respectful Dignity Healthcare knowledgeable team members.

If you feel you may be experiencing one of the following, the first step is to speak with a medical professional to discuss options, and work with them for a treatment plan that meets your needs. Our Program

We provide a free, no obligation consultation to assess individual needs. This allows us to determine the right product based on absorbency, mobility and lifestyle requirements.

Assessments – Our incontinence specialists are available to work with residents and staff to ensure the right product and size is in use. This begins with the initial introduction to the program and continues as the resident’s condition evolves over time.

Delivery – Our products are delivered to the resident’s room and put away as is appropriate. We remove the outer packaging to ensure there is nothing for the resident or staff to manage.

Replenishment Program – Our predictive ordering system ensures customers never run out of product after the initial order.

Billing – When a customer is set up for the first time we often connect with the responsible party to establish a billing procedure.
